Who we are

TyreRoute is a service of PROCEPTIO d.o.o., Ulica Janka Jurkovića 47/A, 42000 Varaždin, Croatia, VAT HR41789328739. For any question about how we handle personal data, write to info@proceptio.com.

What we collect

We collect only what you send us through the forms on this site. There is no other way this site collects personal data.

• Contact form: first name, last name and email address.
• Request access form: contact name, company name, company size and VAT number.

Why, and on what basis

We use it only to reply to you and to assess a request for access. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, or our legitimate interest in answering a business enquiry. We do not use it for profiling or automated decision-making.

Who we share it with

The site and its data are hosted on Microsoft Azure in the European Union. Microsoft is our processor. We do not sell your data, do not share it with advertisers, and do not use an email marketing platform.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence for as long as the conversation, and any business relationship that comes from it, needs. If nothing comes of it, we delete it after 24 months.

Server logs

Our hosting provider records requests, including IP addresses, as part of running the service. That is ordinary, and it is stated here for completeness.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, port, and object. Write to info@proceptio.com and we will answer within one month. You may also complain to the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP).
